See what Auvyar has done in the past
These projects show how Auvyar turns complex concepts into ready-to-build engineering packages.
Each case demonstrates a structured development process, clear technical ownership and design for long-term operation.
Project Sierra
Wave energy generator mechanism
Background
A deep-tech startup required a manufacturable transmission mechanism to build a working prototype for stress testing and investor validation.
Key constraints
- Existing geometry impractical to prototype or fabricate reliably
- Power transmission fatigue life concerns in harsh marine conditions
- Tight schedule for imminent testing and investor review
Our role
Auvyar entered at the Engineer phase: mechanism review, redesign of transmission components, selection of robust off-the-shelf parts, and optimization for manufacturability.
The solution
- Re-engineered CAD model: optimized assembly with critical interface drawings
- Prototype fabrication files: Detailed drawings focused on fit and manufacturability
- De-risked BOM: Updated bill of materials with vetter supplier options
- Build & Test guide: Clear instructions and acceptance criteria for trials
Outcome
Auvyar’s redesign enabled a working prototype. The successful test campaign supported the client’s technical validation and follow-on discussions.

“The partnership with Auvyar made the process much faster and painless. Will definitely partner with them again” – Donick, Buogra Limited (Hong Kong)
Project Echo
Automated Packaging Line
Background
A regional food producer needed to automate their packaging line but lacked in-house machine design expertise, while having a restricted timeline.
Key constraints
- Required throughput and changeover performance for multiple SKUs
- Tight footprint and line integration with existing conveyors and feeders
- Hygiene and cleaning access requirements for food environment
- Short procurement/delivery window for critical components
Our role
Led the project from Discover to Release to Build: requirements capture and architecture definition; full mechanical design; coordination of electrical and controls delivery; production-ready documentation.
The solution
- 3D CAD models, 2D manufacturing drawings, complete BOM
- Panel layout and electrical schematic
- PLC/HMI package ready for first integration
- Assembly, installation and operation manuals
- FAT procedures
Outcome
A complete build-ready package delivered in 16 weeks. Process then delivered to a manufacturing partner to complete assembly.

“Working with Auvyar was great. They delivered a complete machine package that we could build and install” – Yekeen, Baska (London)
