Solutions

A Systematic approach to machine design

We provide more than engineering drawings. We deliver certainty through a proven process tailored to your challenge.

Full-machine Design

For companies with an idea that need a ready-to-build design

We take the lead in developing your concept into a fully engineered digital twin. From feasibility, to architecture, we manage the integrated development of mechanical systems, automation structure and electrical design to deliver a unified, build-ready package.

Deliverables

  • Feasibility & Architecture reports
  • 3D CAD Models & Manufacturing Drawings (GD&T)
  • Complete Bill of Materials
  • Electrical & Fluid Power Schematics
  • PLC & HMI Code
  • Panel dimensioning
  • Assembly & Operation procedures

Mechanism & Retrofit

For existing machines that need an upgrade

We design and integrate new mechanisms or tooling to enhance your current equipment, change functionality or strengthen reliability.

Our focus is on seamless integration, safety, and delivering a clear path for fabrication and installation.

Deliverables

  • Detailed mechanism design & Drawings
  • Integration Analysis and Plans
  • Safety review
  • Updated documentation package

Feasibility & Architecture Study

To validate an idea before commiting major resources

We analyze your needs, help defining requirements, access risks, perform safety analysis and propose actionable concepts. This phase provides the clarity and confidence needed to make informed go/no-go decisions.

Deliverables

  • Risk Accessment & Viability Reports
  • Concept proposals & Preliminary layouts
  • Architecture options
  • Cost and timeline framework

Frequently Asked Questions

Have a question? Look below for the FAQ section. Schedule a meeting to have a specialized overview on your challenge.

Do you manufacture?

We focus on the engineering that precedes manufacturing. We deliver complete, production-ready design packages for you or your chosen manufacturing partner to build.

We provide quote-ready BOM/spec packs and supplier recommendations. Procurement is typically client-led.

Project-dependent. We design to applicable industry standards (e.g., ISO 12100 for safety, CE marking directives) and can align with your internal company specifications.

Yes. We align with client specifications and applicable machine safety practices. When needed, we can support CE-related documentation inputs and coordinate with specialized partners.

NDA is available. We treat client data as confidential by default.

   Porto, Portugal

Feasibility: 2–4 weeks. Full machine packages: commonly 12–24 weeks, depending on complexity.

For mechanical output, options are STEP, CREO and SolidWorks, and can be adjusted by agreement. Documentation delivered in PDF. Schematics also in PDF. Editable formats when requested.

Review gates freeze milestones. Flexibility through changes are managed and provided via a documented change request with impact on scope/timeline.

Yes. Most work can be delivered remotely with structured reviews.

We often recommend a phased approach, beginning with mechanical and station architecture to de-risk the core concept before detailed automation design.

It depends on what you need. If you still have an idea and want to know if it is feasible, we will need to analyze the current operation state. If you already have a defined requirement list, we will skip to tecnical discussions and machine specs.

We are flexible on what components to employ, as long as it guarantees quality and longevity of both mecanisms and machine.

Typically the client owns paid deliverables, with pre-existing know-how retained.
